Main
characteristics of the MK 80B machine:
|
|
Closed
inkwell: It allows the saving of ink and its preservation
in good condition despite long stopping periods. Its magnetic
locking avoids the drying caused by the evaporation of the solvents
and the spreading of the ink to the exterior of the inkwell
over the plate.
|
|
Manual
or automatic working cycles by a selector that defines the
chosen kind of cycle. We can access, through the same selector,
the adjustement position where we can make the changes of times
or of kinds of cycles we want to use.
|
|
The
fixing of the pad that transfers the ink from the print
to the piece is made on a double dovetail with adjustements
in axles X and Y; a simple and robust fixing of the placing,
once the ideal position of the pad is decided.
|
|
Variable
adjustements of time in every cycle:
Waiting time, pressure, motion, etc
Time adjustement between cycle and cycle in automatic working.
Time adjustement in printing position or waiting position to
working time.
|
|
Independent
air pressure adjustement by pressure regulators to adjust
the speed of the vertical and horizontal motion of the cylinders.
|
| Adjustement
of the motion of the pad vertically (pressure in the plate
and pressure in the piece) through the adjuster distributor screw
of motion, by magnetic sensor. |
|
Variable
timing and pneumatic adjustement of the speed for a cycle
of automatic turn of piece under the pad by the motion of the
support materials
|
|
Optional
cycles, apart from the standard:
Double collection before printing.
Double printing after a collection.
Inkwell motion to change the ink every "X"
programmable time.
